Angelo Angerame & Hudson Regional LTC Pharmacy– Outstanding Service 
An exceptional leader within our community was honored for his superior service on behalf of the most vulnerable members of our society. Angelo Angerame is the Chief Executive Officer of Hudson Regional LTC Pharmacy (“Hudson Regional”). Hudson Regional’s mission is to improve the quality of care and institutional pharmacy services provided to individuals living with developmental, physical and psychiatric disabilities, chemical dependency, and other long-term health challenges.

Joseph Carbone – Influential Social Work & Leadership
As silent hero and champion of CLC’s clinical health model, Joseph Carbone is a licensed clinical social worker who has dedicated over 25 years to serving the CLC community. Joe is a psychotherapist for the Epilepsy Foundation of Metropolitan NY providing individualized treatment to CLC residents through its on-site clinic. He is an integral part of CLC’s clinical team, providing advocacy and support of psychiatric care as well as staff training.
